The International Federation of Hospital Engineering - IFHE
The International Federation of Hospital Engineering (IFHE) is a non-profit, non-governmental body established in 1970 to enable national engineering professional organizations to join in a world-wide federation.
The purose of IFHE is to encourage and facilitate exchange of information and experience in the broad field of hospital and healthcare facility design, construction, engineering, commissioning, maintenance, and estate management.
To promote, develop and disseminate hospital engineering technology;
To compare international experience;
To promote the principle of integrated planning, design and evaluation by improved collaboration between the professions;
To promote more efficient management of operation, maintenance and safety of hospitals, their engineering, installations, equipment and buildings;
To offer collaboration with other international organisations.

The Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (IHEEM) is the UK’s largest specialist Institute for the Healthcare Estates Sector; devoted to developing careers, provision of education and training, and registering engineers as Eng Tech, IEng and CEng.
Australia - The Institute of Hospital Engineering, Australia (IHEA)

This includes the Hospital Engineer, Health Facility Manager, Architect, Consulting Engineer, Builder, Contractor in the health care field, and all those engaged in Health Care Facilities Management.
USA - The American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE)
The American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) is one of the largest associations devoted to optimizing the health care built environment and is a personal membership organization of the American Hospital Association. ASHE’s 11,000+ members design, build, and operate hospitals, and are involved in improving the health care physical environment from the time hospital blueprints are drawn throughout the lifespan of a facility.
